A full-body workout and creative art form rolled into one — explore the art of pole dancing to build confidence and find strength through movement.
Your pole journey starts here! This beginner pole class focuses on static spins, basic sits, climbs, and beginner floorwork transitions to begin building strength and confidence on and around the pole.
No rings, watches, or exposed zippers. Wear shorts to allow for skin contact with the pole. Do not apply lotions or oils the day of the class. Bring water to stay hydrated.
PREREQUISITES: None
Learn the basics of spin pole and familiarize your body with the sensation of spinning. In this class, you will build stamina and strength through spinning combos using concepts from Pole L1.
PREREQUISITES: Not intended for first time pole dancers. Familiarity with fireman spin, climbing leg position, and back hook spin. At least three Pole L1 classes or previous spin pole experience.
