Class cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 24 hours before class and the credit will automatically return to the student account. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the class credit and a $12 late cancellation fee. Students are allowed a single courtesy waiver of the class late cancel or no show fee once every four months for extenuating circumstances. Please email info@ravenstudiosseattle.com within 10 hours of the late cancellation to receive this waiver. Cancellation of private parties and private lessons must occur 48 hours in advance, no exceptions. Rescheduling is dependent upon studio and instructor availability.

Failure to arrive up to 10 minutes after the class start time will result in forfeiture of the class credit as well as incur an $18 no show fee. Doors are locked 10 minutes after class start time, no exceptions.

Students arriving more than 10 minutes after the start of class will be considered a No Show and will not be permitted to participate. Doors are locked promptly 10 minutes after class start time, no exceptions.

All payments are due at the time of booking. Classes, lessons, rentals and parties are not confirmed until payment is received.

All sales are final.

All memberships require a four month initial commitment. After the first four months, memberships maybe canceled or downgraded by providing 30 days notice via email to info@ravenstudiosseattle.com After the first four months, memberships may be placed in suspension on request for a minimum of three weeks and a maximum of eight weeks. Medical suspensions are allowed with a letter from a medical professional. Unused class credits must be used within their specified month and do not roll forward or backward to adjacent months. Memberships cannot be shared or transferred. Pricing is subject to change.

Video recording is allowed during class as long as it is not disruptive. Students must obtain verbal consent of anyone who may be in the frame of their video prior to recording.

Must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Students aged 16 & 17 will be considered on a case-by-case and a waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Contact us at info@ravenstudiosseattle.com for information.

Alcohol consumption and drug use are not permitted before or during physical activities at the studio. Students under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave class and will forfeit their class credit.

All classes must have a minimum of three students in order to proceed. If class registration falls below this minimum, the class will be canceled and you will be notified at least 12 hours prior.

For the safety of our instructors and students, we reserve the right to dismiss any student or participant who is violating our safety or non-discrimination policies. Please refrain from coaching, instructing, or spotting fellow students.

Raven Studios is a safe space for all individuals. Please refrain from dieting and weight conversations inside the studio. Do not comment on other’s bodies. We welcome members of the LGBTQIA+ community with open arms. Discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, disability, age or genetic information (including family medical history) is illegal and will not be tolerated. We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment of any kind.
