Approach classic aerial hoop moves and transitions with a new perspective as we navigate the mini version of this versatile apparatus.
This class will also explore spanset play, spinning, and other transferable lyra skills.
PREREQUISITES: L2 Lyra or instructor approval: side mount, double hip hang, back star, double hocks/knee hang on top bar.
Mini hoops are untaped, so leggings or pole wear is acceptable. NO EXPOSED ZIPPERS, RINGS or WATCHES.
